In the event of an emergency, turn to Pearl White Dentistry. Providing our patients with urgent care is one of our primary goals, and we work to provide same-day care whenever possible. In many cases, acting quickly could mean the difference in saving your tooth or not. So the next time the unexpected happens to you or a loved one, don’t delay — call our office ASAP.
What Counts as a Dental Emergency?
Sometimes our patients delay seeking necessary treatment because they don’t know if they are experiencing a dental emergency or not. Does your situation require urgent care? If you are bleeding from the mouth, in persistent pain, or have broken anything at all, the answer is yes. Some of the most common situations we treat as emergencies are listed below.
Broken, knocked out, or dislodged tooth
Broken crown, filling, bridge, or other dental work
Severe toothache or abscessed tooth
Something lodged between teeth
Control the Situation, Act Fast
Try to stop or slow any bleeding quickly. If bleeding does not slow down after 10 minutes of continuous pressure, head to the emergency room. You should also go straight to the ER if you have broken a bone in the jaw. Otherwise, take an over-the-counter pain medication to control pain, apply an ice pack to reduce swelling, and call your emergency dentist in Fort Lauderdale.
Call Us ASAP
When you get in touch with Pearl White Dentistry after emergency strikes, we will schedule a time for you to come in as soon as possible — often on the same day, if your situation warrants immediate care. Don’t delay! Call us right away.
"Let's just say I don't have the best teeth and have developed a fear of the dentist, but this office is amazing! Everyone there is kind, caring, really understanding! Dr Natalia is very gentle and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and are taken care of. I would recommend this place to any one especially if you are scared of the dentist, because they will change that for you!"

“As a kid I had a dentist who wasn't very nice. I never liked going to the dentist but this office is different. An all-female gentle, compassionate staff makes you feel welcome and there is never any pain. Last time I was in I almost fell asleep while Dr Benda worked on my teeth.
