As COVID-19 continues to impact our community, we are grateful for the ability to open our doors to patients again. When you come for your next visit, you may notice a few changes for your comfort and safety. We've invested in the latest technology, PPE, and help better protect our patients and staff.
These specialty devices offer an additional layer of protection against airborne bacteria, fungi, and pathogens during aerosol procedures.
Each room has a dedicated air purifier with a HEPA filter to remove any harmful particles from the air.
We’ve added time between appointments to allow for sanitizing and to keep patients apart from one another to avoid high volume or density. We have also implemented the safety measures as mandated by the state and following best health practices from the American Dental Association (ADA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to keep you safe and comfortable every step of the way.
We are managing appointments to allow for social distancing between patients. Our goal is to reduce waiting times for you and reduce the number of patients congregating in the reception area.
Any patients or staff diagnosed with COVID-19 must have an all-clear notification from their physician before entering our facility.
We are conducting pre-visit screenings for all patients with upcoming appointments.
Our staff are up-to-speed on COVID-19 symptoms and utilize recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Following Broward County Emergency Order 20-22, we request all patients to wear facial coverings while in the dental office.
We have implemented digital tools for check-in. Our waiting room is closed to help ensure patients maintain a safe social distance.
Please arrive 10-minutes early to allow for curbside check-in. You may call or text our mainline to inform the front desk of your arrival. We ask that you wait in your parked car or away from other patients outdoors.
Your temperature will be taken before being brought back. If you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or other COVID-19 symptoms, your appointment will be rescheduled.
Only patients, or patients plus one critical caregiver, are allowed into an appointment.
While many things have changed over the past few months, one thing has remained the same: our patients’ health and safety is our top priority. We look forward to seeing you and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you safe and comfortable.
